This is one of the best articles you have ever done. I love the pictures especially the close up examples of the pin being 'out of round.' First class and worth the $10!!!

One of the pictures shows a stamp on the silver slide that looks like an upper case P and a lower case h. Does that stand fro Peter Henderson? If so, was the silver and brass a later addition to this bagpipe?

Great job on the restoration! Good article as well - question - Is all the silver marked PH for Peter Henderson, or just the slides? Is the rest of the silver by Vaughan Bros., who usually made the silver for MacDougall?
