COMMENT(S): New bands, new sounds: a video voting competition

It has been fantastic to catch up with the top bands' performances via the various video sites online these days, and a sincere thinks to the people who post their videos (regardless of quality). I am, however, lamenting that fact that the vast majority of video posts are medleys. I know to many the MSR is not everybody's idea of excitement, but it is still good to hear these as well. It seems many just don't bother posting MSRs, or perhaps even recording them in the first instance? Let's not forget that the MSR is an important benchmarking element in our idiom, and indeed at 'The Worlds' in Grade 1, is your ticket to the big time (ie qualifying). I have a self-serving reason for wanting to hear them, but I simply like listening to them as well! Please post MSRs!

There is a video entitled "Dunbar Highland Games 2008" containing part of the Vale's medley from their final tuning session. If you look for Fife Constabulary's set on YouTube you should find a link to it.
