As a member of the band. All I can say is that we had the biggest piping blast of all time. As many piping prizes that were on display. Not once did I hear or even feel any ego within the whole group. We all knew that would be the case. What we did in days takes others a lifetime.

I had the chance to hear SOS practice throughout the week, and it was clear that this was something special, outside the norm—fantastic to hear the day-to-day improvement. What could they have done with 10 days practice? The last answer sums it all up nicely, and is likely the underpinning that made the band possible. Hope the band plays again.
