It is always great to read an article of a friend. I met Kyle some years back whilst teaching in Canada. I sensed that I had spotted a special enthusiaim and thirst for and to share knowledge as well as a talent. I enjoyed the article, its a great read and I will send you over Kyle some of my lastest articles too. Many thanks for doing this and it was great to see you last summer in Glasgow. Cheers Stevie.

A very informative article and a great insight into how your band is developing, Kyle. Well done.

Excellent approach! Teamwork is the best way to create a dynamic & musical presentation. Exchanging and refining ideas between the sections of the band really is a must when trying to create the best performance possible and will result in a better orchestrated presentation overall. This article clearly demonstrates that Peel is an actual BAND and not a just collection of musicians who happen to be playing at the same time.

Some might see it as an open collaboration between musicians in a band. Then there are those who suffer from acute myopia.

So overblown and precious is all this "midsection" stuff. Very confused why it started in first place.

Pipers: When making a taorluath or crunluath from D, slightly flex the right-hand's fingers out a bit just before the movement. This will help to lift the ring-finger for that B gracenote.
