| Great job as usual Jim - classic tune demonstrating that less is more. Guilty for adding in the high A doubling though. Stand corrected! Cheers! |

| Jim's Tune of the Month articles are such a great contribution to the site. I love reading all the history and lore behind a tune. This might be a great tune for me to learn, as there seem to be more and more 6/8 competitions is WUSPBA G4. Rab's Wedding is my "go to" tune at the moment, but Jim has provided everything I need (with my instructor Aaron Shaw's help) to try something new! |

| I recall learning this as an 11 year old and getting a hard time to avoid crossing noises but a lesson well given and learned. We also played it with the 10th HLI, both of which eventually went out of favour in 1970's pipe band tunes. It's been great to rediscover these and get the music out of them rather than play these as street tunes! | |
