MacRae has served with the organization for most of the last 10 years, most recently as Executive Vice President, a position he resigned in 2011 due to expressed discontent with MacDonald's leadership.

The meeting began shortly after 1 pm and finished at approximately 4:30 pm, with MacRae already working to establish new lines of communications with various PPBSO parties.
