Year of weather in eight hours at Regina

RMPB LogoRegina, Saskatchewan – May 17, 2015 – Day 2 of the Saskatchewan Highland Gathering & Celtic Festival promised zero degrees with the possibility of ice-rain, snow pellets and snow, but in the end it was a cool but dry day, with pleasant sunshine in the afternoon. Morning solos proved difficult for many competitors, with frigid conditions making for a lots of squeaks and skirls. The new Parade Band event drew an enthusiastic crowd of spectators as bands and adjudicators had some fun had some fun with the event in cool temperatures.
