The Mid-Winter Celtic Festival is comprised of a few events over the weekend, including the famous and always-sold-out Mid-Winter Ceilidh. The Mid-Winter Celtic Festival is a day-long celebration that features a number of local performing and arts groups performing in a festival and craft fair environment. The event concludes with the Mid-Winter Ceilidh, which features a concert performance from the City of Regina Pipe Band, and a concert/dance set from a gues artist/band. 2007 guests TBA.
