MacPhee, Russell win at Balloch

Balloch, Scotland – July 14, 2007 – Donald MacPhee of Alexandria, Scotland, (pictured) and Alan Russell of Kelty, Scotland, won the March and Strathspey & Reels events, respectively, at the Balloch Highland Games, a contest that traditionally does not offer a piobaireachd event.
