Mark McFetridge wins Golden Ticket to Piping Live!

Mark McFetridge and a guest will be taking in as many Piping Live!-organized events as he likes – for free – after the entry from the Belfast resident was the first correct one opened in a random draw for our Golden Ticket quiz.

McFetridge’s entry was one of more than 500 submitted. Contestants had to answer five testing questions regarding this year’s Piping Live! International Festival of Piping, which will take place from August 8th to August 15th in Glasgow.

Now in its eighth year, Piping Live! draws tens of thousands of piping enthusiasts to its dozens of events, and is said to inject millions of pounds into the Glasgow economy. The festival has quickly emerged as one of the year’s marquee events for the piping and drumming world.
