Russell jolly good at Lochearnhead

Lochearnhead, Scotland – July 23, 2006 – Alan Russell of Kelty, Scotland, was the biggest solo piping winner at the picturesque Lochearnhead Highland Games, and event traditionally judged mainly by members of the Royal Scottish Pipers Society.
