Updated: 78th Frasers prevail at Kincardine

Kincardine, Ontario – July 1, 2006 – The Scottish Lion-78th Fraser Highlanders won the Grade 1 MSR event and Lionel Tupman of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, was the overall winner in the Professional Solo Piping at the Kincardine Scottish Festival on the shores of Lake Huron. A massive rainstorm spoiled the closing ceremonies.
