Videos: Kincardine goes to Peel Police

Kincardine, Ontario – July 3, 2010 – Stellar weather shined down on the Kincardine Scottish Festival, the post Canada Day event popular with pipers and drummers. The Peel Regional Police took their second contest of the year, in the two-band Grade 1 event, while City of Chicago won Grade 2. The contest limits the band entry so that all bands can compete in the arena closely watched by enthusiasts.
