An annual one-day piping and drumming competition featuring bands from the prairie region, including the USA. Judges this year include P-M Terry Lee, J. Reid Maxwell, Bob Worrall and Ken Eller.

The Winnipeg Scottish Festival is an indoor event held annually during the third weekend in February at the Winnipeg Convention Centre and is hosted by the Winnipeg Scottish Festival Inc. and ScotDance Manitoba. The Festival offers pipers, drummers, pipe bands and highland dancers the opportunity to compete and receive adjudication from world renowned judges and instructors and to improve their knowledge, technique and skills in Scottish pipe band music and highland dance.
