The Dragon¡¯s Lair Concert from the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland will take place on Saturday 28th November in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh. A recital featuring Cameron Drummond, Craig Muirhead, James MacKenzie and Keith Bowes is to be held at the Scots Guards Club, Haymarket, Edinburgh at 4pm on the 15th of November. Tickets are ?10.00 and the ticket price includes a curry.

2009 ¡°You Be the Judge¡± Piping and Drumming Competition On Sunday, February 15th, 2009 the Saffron United Pipe Band will hold their annual ¡°You Be the Judge¡± Competition. The event is judged by the audience via ballot with Prizes awarded of $600., $400., $200., $100., and $50. The contest will be held at the A.O.H. Hall at 27 Locust Ave. Babylon, NY, 11780 The doors open at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10. for those under 21 years of age. Beer, wine, and soda are included.
