Carlisle sweeps the boards at Ulster Festival

Monkstown, Northern Ireland – March 31, 2007 – Andrew Carlisle of Ballygowan, Northern Ireland, was the overall winner of the Ulster Festival of Solo Piping Competition, which drew more than 120 piping and drumming competitors. Carlisle won all three senior piping events.
