Carlisle wins Irish Silver Medal

Limerick, Eire – March 25, 2006 – Andrew Carlisle won the Irish Silver Medal for Piobaireachd at an event held by the Irish Piobaireachd Society at Perry’s Hotel. Thirteen competitors played.
