Drambuie in the Grade 1 prizes at North Berwick

North Berwick, Scotland – August 6, 2005 – The Grade 2 Drambuie-Kirkliston Pipe Band beat two Grade 1 bands at North Berwick in noth the medley and MSR contests, which was open to both grades. Boghall & Bathgate Caledonia won the medley and Alberta Caledonian, which was out of the medley prizes, won the MSR. In the solo piping, Brian Donaldson of Fife won both events in a contest that saw 16 compete to an extremely high standard.
