National Piping Centre putting on charity concert

The National Piping Centre in Glasgow will mount a fund-raising concert to benefit the the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice on March 25.

The concert will feature the ScottishPower Pipe Band, solo-pipers Willie McCallum, Chris Armstrong and Stuart Cassells, and Finlay MacDonald’s piping-folk group.

Located in Glasgow, the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice provides specialist palliative care for those with life-limiting illnesses and support for their families and care-givers.

The Friday event starts at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are available from the National Piping Centre for £8 and £6.
