New CPA Web site adds PayPal feature

The Competing Pipers Association (CPA) has revised its Web site, adding new content and convenience features such as PayPal capabilities.

The CPA, which was started in 1976, is an organization for professional pipers competing in the United Kingdom. While Scotland does not have any common rules or standardization between solo competitions or judging, the CPA has acted as a policy-making body and union since its inception, working closely with the major gatherings to represent its members.

CPA membership worldwide is approximately 280.
