Shotts wins British Championship

Turriff, Scotland – June 12, 2004 – House of Edgar-Shotts & Dykehead won the British Pipe Band Championship here today against an entry of 16 other Grade 1 bands. Shotts’s win points the way to another neck-and-neck race in 2004 between them and Field Marshal Montgomery, which finished second after winning the Scottish Championship in May.
