Whitelaw on top at P-M Angus contest

San Diego – October 14, 2005 – Ian Whitelaw of Redondo Beach, California, won both professional events at the Pipe-Major Angus Macdonald Western Regional Championship against three other competitors. Whitelaw receives travel allowance to compete in the United States Piping Foundation competition in Delaware in June.
