Bretons gather up prizes at Lonach

Lonach, Scotland – August 23, 2009 – Twenty-one pipers competed in the senior events at the Lonach Highland Games, where there was strong Breton success from Xavier Boderiou and Alex Meunier. Simon McKerrell of Lenzie, Scotland, won the special contest for tunes composed by William Grant. Jim Stevenson, who was third in the event, is the grandson of William Grant.
