Ian K. MacDonald wins Dan Reid Masters

San Francisco – May 1, 2010 – Ian K. MacDonald of Toronto was the overall winner of the Masters events at the annual Dr. Dan Reid Memorial Invitational Solo Piping Competition held at the Marines Memorial Club and Hotel in downtown San Francisco. Colin Lee of Surrey, British Columbia, was the overall winner of the Cameron-Gillies section. The event prescribes tunes for the competitors to prepare and perform for the competition. Bill Livingstone and Colin MacLellan judged all events.
