Inside story on Toronto Indoor
Toronto – April 2, 2011 – A strong turnout from both competitors and spectators enjoyed the annual Toronto Indoor Games at Mosspark Armoury in Canada largest city’s downtown. Now in its third year since returning to the scene after a prolonged hiatus, the event, which is organized by the Toronto Branch of the Pipers & Pipe Band Society of Ontario, is now seen as the kick-off event of each new season.

Glad to see this contest back to where it was in the ’60’s! I fondly remember travelling with the City of Wilmington (Delaware) Pipe Band in the ’60’s. I am fairly certain there were only quartet contests back then but always felt it was a special and worthwhile event. Congratulations to the organizers!
