PCPB takes two at Costa Mesa

Costa Mesa, California – May 28-29, 2016 – Three Grade 2 bands competed at the annual Scottish Fest USA at Costa Mesa, California, where RSPBA judges Ken Eller and Jennifer Hutcheon were flown in from Ontario and Scotland, respectively. Prince Charles of San Francisco won both Grade 2 events.
