Russell, MacPhee in form at Balloch

Balloch, Scotland – July 19, 2008 – The games that traditionally start the “Glasgow Fair” week of west coast holidays had an international list of more than 22 competitors from Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Allan Russell of Kelty, Scotland, took home both firsts. Traditionally, no piobaireachd event is offered at Balloch.
