Smokin’ aces for SFU at Vegas
Las Vegas – April 17-18, 2010 – The Simon Fraser University Pipe Band and its various soloists cleaned up at the annual Las Vegas Highland Games, where it was sunny and over 30 degrees on both days. There was no Grade 2 band event. Andrew Bonar of Vancouver enjoyed a great day in the Professional Solo Piping, with two light music firsts and a fifth in the Piobaireachd.
