Andrew Hall wins Piper of the Year title

Ballymean, Northern Ireland – October 1, 2005 – Andrew Hall of Upminster, England, won the Piper of the Year competition, and event run by the Competing Soloists Organisation that saw 18 competitors judged by P-M Brian Donaldson and Chris Armstrong.
