BBC’s ‘Pipeline’ Changes Time Again

BBC Radio Scotland has changed the time of its weekly “Pipeline” show to 5:00 p.m. (GMT) every Sunday. According to Iain MacInnes, producer and presenter of the show, the scheduling change makes sense because of the “wall-to-wall” football broadcasting on Sundays.

In related news, MacInnes will be taking a one-year sabbatical from the show staring in April 2002. During that time MacInnes will be working on a history book concerning Highland piping from 1900 on.

There was no word yet on who will be taking over for MacInnes during the year that he is away.

“Pipeline” is available live on the Internet at www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/radioscotland.
