Beautiful Day At Barrie

Barrie, Ontario – July 28, 2001 – Beautiful sunny weather shone on the Barrie Highland Games, about an hour north of Toronto, with a crystalline sky and a cool breeze.

Results from the Professional solo piping had the first prizes going to four players.

The Grade 1 band entry was again low, with the 78th Fraser Highlanders opting instead to perform a concert in Uxbridge, Ontario.
