Bellingham Well Attended

Ferndale, Washington – Jun 3, 2002 – The annual Bellingham Highland Games were held before a large crowd of spectators and competitors, with 19 bands and 190 soloists competing. Simon Fraser University won both Grade 1 events against Alberta Caledonia, and the Maple Ridge Pipe Band beat the Robert Malcolm Memorial Pipe Band in Grade 2. Alan Bevan was the overall winner in the solo piping.
