Carlisle wins Bratac de Paor

Co. Cork, Ireland – January 20, 2007 – Andrew Carlisle of Northern Ireland win the 10th annual Bratac de Paor piobaireachd competition, as part of the Irish Piobaireachd Society’s annual competitions at the Wallis Arms, Millstreet, Co.Cork.
