Chisholm wins BC Pipers Knockout

Vancouver – March 13, 2004 – Jori Chisholm of Seattle won the annual BC Pipers Association (BCPA) Professional Piping Knockout Final against a field of 15 other competitors. The event was held in conjunction with the Association’s Annual Dinner.

Competitors had to play an eight-to-10-minute medley comprising tunes of their own choice. The final was the third stage in the overall event, which started in November 2003 with 16 pipers.

Also playing in the final were Alan Bevan, Surrey, BC; Keith Paton, Seattle; and Andrew Bonar, Vancouver. The contest was judged by Hal Senyk, Rob Menzies and Bruce McIntosh.
