Duncan wins Winnipeg New Year’s Knockout

Winnipeg, Manitoba – December 31, 2003 – Andrew Duncan of Michigan was the winner of the first annual Knockout Championship hosted by the Winnipeg Celtic Pipe Band. Thirteen other mainly local pipers competed for a first prize of $1,000.
