Fife Constabulary wins first contest
Dunbar, Scotland – May 10, 2008 – The newly formed Grade 1 Fife Constabulary Pipe Band won its first competition and the first outdoor event of the UK season, by taking Dunbar, just south of Edinburgh on the Scotland’s east coast. Fife Constabulary beat the well established Vale of Atholl Pipe Band, the only other Grade 1 band in the event.
