Halifax Citadel contest draws Maritime pipers

Halifax, Nova Scotia – Devember 11, 2004 – The first-ever Citadel Mini-Competition drew a strong number of amateur pipers, marking the start of the new competition season in the Canadian Maritimes. The event was sponsored by the Halifax Citadel School of Pipng and Drumming, and is the The competition is the first of four that will be run over the winter by the organization.
