Niagara Police Win Grade 2 at Georgetown
Georgetwon, Ontario – June 14, 2003 – The 2003 Ontario outdoor Highland games season opened here today, as is customary, with perfect clear skies and warm temperatures.
The Niagara Regional Police Pipe Band emerged vistorious in the Grade 2 band contest, while, in the professional solo piping, Colin Clansey took straight firsts in the light music and gained Piper of the Day honours.
There was no Grade 1 band competition.
