SLOT bests FMM at first contest

Dungannon, Northern Ireland – May 9, 2009 – Dublin’s St. Laurence O’Toole came out of the gate strongly, beating Field Marshal Montgomery of Belfast on ensemble preference at the first outdoor event of 2009 for both bands at Dungannon, Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Four bands competed in the Grade 1 MSR event.

  1. FMM and SLOT, as good as they are, probably aren’t long for this world w/Ballycoan on the rise. I personally thought they should’ve won here.
