SLOT playing Armagh March 26

Hot on the heels of the band’s sold-out event at the Slieve Donard Hotel in Belfast, the St. Laurence O’Toole Pipe Band of Dublin will take the stage again on March 26 at the Armagh City Hotel in Armagh, Northern Ireland.

The concert is being put on by the Howard Memorial Pipe Band and tickets are priced at £10 or €15. The event is expected to be another sell-out.

The series of concerts lead up to St. Laurence O’Toole’s pre-Worlds concert in August at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, which is presented annually by the Phoenix Honda Glasgow Skye Pipe Band of Glasgow.

St. Laurence O’Toole, led by Pipe-Major Terry Tully, has risen in the past few years to become serious contenders to win major championships. The band has a strong following and is known for pushing the boundaries of pipe band music.
