Tully takes home title at Ballymena

Ballymena, Northern Ireland – October 6, 2007 – Alen Tully of Dublin (pictured, right) was named Ireland’s Piper of the Year in the MSR contest that determines the winner at the annual event. The competition was held at Adair Arms Hotel in Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
