Windsor Police wins Grade 2 in Alma both days

Alma, Michigan – May 28-29, 2005 – The Windsor Police Pipe Band won both days of the two-day Alma Highland Festival, which comprises the United States Pipe Band Championship. The Toronto Police were the only band competing in Grade 1.
