Duncan Grant: “Young Piper of the Year”

Benbecula, Scotland – July 24, 2008 – The overall winner of the annual Young Piper of the Year competition was Duncan Grant. The contest is open to any piper aged 30 or younger. The age limit has steadily risen over the years.
