Johnstone, Russell win at Balloch
Balloch, Scotland – July 18, 2009 – The annual light-music-only contests at Balloch saw Finlay Johnstone, Glasgow, and Allan Russell, Kelty, Scotland, win the March and Strathspey & Reel events in mainly sunny weather. Sixteen pipers competed.
