Prince Charles ascends to Sacramento throne

PrinceCharles_logoSacramento, California – April 25-26, 2015 – It was a robust Grade 2 band competition for the western United States at the Sacramento Valley Highland Games, with Prince Charles of San Francisco winning both events, and three other bands newly appointed to the grad acquitting themselves well.
