Tully wins NI Piper of the Year

Balleymena, Northern Ireland – October 3, 2009 – Alen Tully of Dublin was named the Northern Ireland Piper of the Year, by merit of winning the MSR event, at the annual Piper of the Year competition at the Adair Arms Hotel. The event was attended by about 150 listeners, and James Murray of Cupar, Scotland, who there as a judge gave a recital after the event.
