Winnipeg Police on the beat at Winnipeg Scottish Festival

Winnipeg, Manitoba – March 23, 2019 – The Winnipeg Police Pipe Band took straight firsts in the Grade 2 event, and there was a slightly smaller overall entry across the grades in the annual Winnipeg Scottish Festival. The competition moved location this year, taking over the University of Winnipeg downtown campus.
