Spencerville, Ontario – June 20, 2009 – The sixth year of the annual Spencerville Highland Games endured wet weather. The Ottawa Police Pipe Band had the most successful day in the band events.

Judges throughout the day were Jack Coghill, Brian Williamson, Amy Garson, Andrew Hayes, Alan Clark and Eric MacNeill.
A decent little Eastern Ontario Games that attract some good bands from this end of the Province (although they could do with more non participant spectators). About the weather, I got to Spencerville at about 10:45 and left at about 7:00 PM.. There was no rain during for those 8 plus hours??
