Norfolk, Virginia – April 27, 2019 – The MacMillan Pipe Band of Maryland won the two-band Grade 2 event at the fourth annual American Pipe Band Championships at the Scope Arena Plaza. The Grade 3A 4th Battalion Royal Regiment of Scotland played up to Grade 2, managing a first in piping from one judge in one event, but otherwise MacMillan swept the rankings.
