We don’t know if it will be a pipe band, soloist or group that features a Highland piper, but someone is bound to catch the current retro trend and release a recording as a vinyl record. Could it be the folks at Monarch / KRL who, a year after deciding not to release the World’s on CD, decide to go forward with the 2016 World Championships on groovy hard wax? It will keep the traditionalists happy and the cool kids cool. As they say, remember the ’45. Genius!
